A Concurrent Resolution to express the gratitude of the General Assembly to
Mr. Newton F. Walker, retiring President of the South Carolina School for the
Deaf and Blind at Cedar Spring for his memorable service to the state and its
citizens in the operation of the Cedar Spring Institution and commend him for
his many contributions to the happiness and education of deaf and blind
persons in South Carolina on the occasion of his retirement.
