H 2144 General Bill, By W.D. Arthur and S.H. Howard
 A Bill to amend Section 56-11-140, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as
 amended, relating to automobile collision and comprehensive insurance
 coverage, so as to change the minimum deductibles for collision coverage from
 two hundred dollars to one hundred dollars and comprehensive coverage from one
 hundred dollars to fifty dollars; to permit insurance companies to offer
 deductibles above such minimum deductibles and to require a company providing
 comprehensive coverage for glass breakage whether included in a broader
 coverage or not to offer such coverage without a deductible.
