 A Bill to amend Section 38-35-946, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to mandatory continuation and conversion privileges of group health
 policies, so as to delete the requirement that employers collect and dispense
 insurance premiums on behalf of insurance companies for the six months
 following the termination of employee.
