 A Bill to amend Section 44-53-370, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to controlled substances and dangerous drugs, so as to increase the
 penalties for the unlawful distribution of drugs in Schedules I, II, or III
 which are not narcotic drugs or Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) and to
 increase the penalty for the possession of an ounce or less of Marijuana or
 Hashish.
