H 2237 General Bill, By Kirsh, C.M. Dangerfield and T.W. Mitchell
 A Bill to amend Section 14-7-140, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to the preparation of jury lists in the Circuit Court and
 qualifications of Circuit Court jurors and to amend Section 14-7-150, relating
 to the preparation of jury lists in counties containing cities of a certain
 size, so as to revise the procedure for preparing such jury lists and certain
 qualifications of Circuit Court jurors and to make such provisions effective
 upon the ratification of a Constitutional Amendment permitting same.
