H 3182 General Bill, By M.L. Eargle
 A Bill to amend Section 44-53-370, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as
 amended, relating to controlled substances and dangerous drugs, so as to
 reduce the penalty for a first offense of possession of a certain amount of
 marijuana or hashish so as to be within magistrates' jurisdiction, to provide
 that fines and forfeitures for violation of Section 44-53-370 shall be paid to
 the unit of government whose officers make the arrest and to provide for a
 bond forfeiture procedure for offenders not appearing at trial.
