A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO AUTHORIZE THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO TRANSFER UP TO FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS OF FISCAL YEAR 1993-94 APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE EDUCATION FINANCE ACT TO COVER OPERATING EXPENSES OF SCHOOL BUS SHOPS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The State Department of Education may transfer an amount not to exceed five hundred thousand dollars appropriated in the general appropriations act for fiscal year 1993-94 to fund the Education Finance Act to cover operating expenses of school bus shops.

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
