AN ACT TO ALLOW THE CLARENDON COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION (BOARD) TO SPEND CERTAIN FUNDS FOR OPERATIONAL PURPOSES OF THE BOARD.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Board may spend funds

SECTION 1. The Clarendon County Board of Education (board) may spend for operational purposes of the board the funds forwarded to the board for the position of Clarendon County Superintendent of Education.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
