A JOINT RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE EXPIRATION DATE
OF EXISTING TRANSITIONAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISER
LICENSES ISSUED UNDER SECTION 40-60-70, CODE OF LAWS OF
SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, TO MAY 1, 1994, OR UNTIL AN
APPRENTICE APPRAISER CLASSIFICATION IS ESTABLISHED BY
STATUTE, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Expiration date extended
SECTION 1. The expiration date of existing transitional real estate
appraiser licenses issued under Section 40-60-70(B)(3) of the 1976 Code of
Laws is extended to May 1, 1994, or until such time as an apprentice
appraiser classification is established by statute in this State, whichever
occurs first.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the
Governor.
