A HOUSE RESOLUTION

TO EXPRESS SINCERE SORROW, UPON THE DEATH OF JOHN JOSEPH "JOE" PreviousTINDALNext OF SUMTER COUNTY, AND TO EXTEND DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO HIS LARGE AND LOVING FAMILY AND TO HIS MANY FRIENDS.

Whereas, the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives were saddened to learn of the passing of a fine son of our great State, John Joseph "Joe" PreviousTindalNext, on May 16, 2010; and

Whereas, born in Sumter to the late Henry Drane, Jr., and Mildred Wessinger PreviousTindalNext, he graduated from Newberry College; and

Whereas, he was married to his beloved wife, Judge Lee Anna Beard PreviousTindalNext, for fourteen years, and he was devoted to his two fine daughters, Zanne PreviousTindalNext Morris and Joanne PreviousTindalNext Overstreet and two step-children, Melissa Roman and Robbie Padgett, who blessed him with fourteen wonderful grandchildren; and

Whereas, Joe PreviousTindalNext was a farmer and had formerly worked for the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service, and he was the owner and operator of Custom Cabinets and Doors; and

Whereas, an avid duck hunter, he enjoyed the beautiful outdoors of his native State, and he loved fishing as well as hunting; and

Whereas, the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives are grateful for the life of John Joseph "Joe" PreviousTindalNext and celebrate the lasting legacy that he has left for his family and friends. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:

That the members of the House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, by this resolution, express their sincere sorrow, upon the death of John Joseph "Joe" PreviousTindalNext of Sumter County, and extend their deepest sympathy to his large and loving family and to his many friends.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be provided to the family of John Joseph "Joe" PreviousTindal.
