S 0385 General Bill, By Senate Agriculture and Natural Resources
 A Bill To amend Section 46-43-40, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to cooperation of the Migrant Farm Workers Commission and other
 state agencies and departments, so as to provide that the commission may bring
 ex parte actions in state and federal courts to require compliance with
 cooperation mandates; to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 46-43-50, so as
 to provide that no temporary labor camp may be occupied without prior approval
 of water sewer and solid waste facilities by the State Department of Health
 and Environmental Control and to provide penalties.
