Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina: Horry County voting precincts revised SECTION 1. Section 7-7-320 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 137 of 2014, is further amended to read: "Section 7-7-320. (C) Polling places for the precincts listed in subsection (A) must be determined by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Horry County with the approval of a majority of the Horry County Legislative Delegation." Time effective SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor. Ratified the 28th day of May, 2015. Approved the 1st day of June, 2015.
