    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 1-11-750 so as to provide that the members and retired members of governing bodies of entities whose employees and retirees are eligible for state health and dental insurance coverage are deemed employees for purposes of these insurance plans.
