    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 12-7-2419 so as to provide a designation on income tax forms to contribute to an Eldercare Trust Fund; and to add Sections 43-21-160, 43-21-170, and 43-21-180 so as to provide for the creation and administration of the Eldercare Trust Fund of South Carolina.
