    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 8-13-703, so as to provide that an individual employed by the State, its agencies, or any of its affiliates who has directly participated in the negotiation, sale, or approval of state assets is prohibited from personally benefiting from such transaction or accepting a position with the entity or entities who purchased or leased such state assets.
