    A Bill to amend Sections 4-9-30, as amended, and 5-7-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to counties and municipal corporations, so as to exempt from business license taxes entities and their subsidiaries and affiliates which are exempt from license tax under another law and to limit the right to levy a business license tax on businesses engaged in making loans secured by real estate.
