    A Bill to amend Act 69 of 1963, relating to the Richland County Historic Preservation Commission, so as to increase the number of members from six to seven, to change the provisions for recommending persons for appointment and the length of the terms of members, to limit the number of consecutive terms which a member may serve to two, and to require copies of the annual audit to be filed with the Richland County Council, the Columbia City Council, and the Richland County Clerk of Court.
