    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 12-43-222 so as to require closing attorneys or other settlement agents to give written notice to the purchaser of real property classified as "agricultural real property" for purposes of ad valorem taxation that the property may be subject to the roll-back tax; and to amend Section 12-45-70, relating to the due dates for the payment of ad valorem taxes, so as to require tax notices sent to the owner of agricultural real property to contain a statement giving notice of the property being subject to the roll-back tax when the property's use is changed.
