    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-1-2095 so as to allow a commercial driver license or a commercial driver instruction permit to be issued to a person desiring to drive a commercial vehicle in this State solely in intrastate commerce notwithstanding failure to meet the standards imposed by certain federal regulations.
