A Bill to amend Section 7-15-320, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the persons qualified to vote by absentee ballot, so as to revise the list of persons by providing for the electors permitted to vote by absentee ballot whether or not absent from his county of residence as well as the electors permitted to vote by absentee ballot when absent; Section 7-15-340, as amended, relating to the form of application for an absentee ballot, so as to delete the detailed requirements for the form and provide for the form to be prescribed by the State Election Commission; and Section 7-9-100, as amended, relating to state conventions for political parties, so as to provide for each member of the General Assembly to be an additional delegate to the appropriate convention.-amended title
