    A Bill to amend Section 1-11-144, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to health and dental insurance coverage for regional tourism promotion commissions, so as to delete the requirement that the coverage is provided through the retirement system and to provide for coverage for county mental retardation boards funded by the State Mental Retardation Department.
