A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-9-570 so as to provide that any person who negligently discharges a firearm while hunting resulting in bodily injury or death to another person shall have his hunting license revoked and his hunting privileges suspended for a period of five years.
