A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-3-25 so as to provide that the Chairmen of the Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee of the House of Representatives and the Banking and Insurance Committee of the Senate or their designees are members of the Insurance Commission, ex officio; to amend Section 38-77-580, as amended, relating to the governing board of the Reinsurance Facility, so as to provide that the Chairmen of the Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee of the House of Representatives and the Banking and Insurance Committee of the Senate or their designees are members of the Reinsurance Facility, ex officio; and to amend Sections 13-3-40 and 40-57-50, relating to the Real Estate Commission of South Carolina and the State Development Board, so as to provide that the Chairmen of the Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee of the House of Representatives and the Senate or their designees are members of both agencies, ex officio.
