H 3453 General Bill, By I.K. Rudnick, Sharpe and J.B. Wilder
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 30-5-11 so as to provide that if a vacancy occurs in the officer of Register of Mesne Conveyances in a county which elects its Register of Mesne Conveyances it must be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term by appointment of the Governor upon the recommendation of a majority of the members of the General Assembly representing that county.
