    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 58-37-50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE FINANCING AGREEMENTS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF CERTAIN ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND CONSERVATION IMPROVEMENTS, SO AS TO CORRECT AN ERRONEOUS CROSS-REFERENCE, TO MAKE A TECHNICAL CHANGE, TO PROVIDE WHERE AN ELECTRICITY OR NATURAL GAS PROVIDER CONTRACTS WITH A THIRD PARTY TO PERFORM CERTAIN FUNCTIONS, THE LIABILITY OF THE THIRD PARTY IS LIMITED IN A SPECIFIC MANNER, AND TO PROVIDE AN EXCEPTION TO THE LIMITATIONS OF THE APPLICABILITY OF THIS SECTION. - ratified title
