H 3627 General Bill, By A.C. McGinnis, J. Brown, J. Faber, B.J. Gordon, A. Humphries, Koon, J.H. Nesbitt, Sharpe, S.V. Shelton, C.L. Sturkie and C.C. Wells
    A Bill to amend Section 61-3-440, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the prohibition against granting an alcoholic liquor license to a place of business within a certain distance of a church, school, or playground, so as to make these provisions also apply to beer and wine permits, to revise the manner in which these distances are computed, and to further define what constitutes a church, a school, and a playground for the above provisions.
