    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 17-13-35 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT EVERY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER OF THIS STATE AND ITS SUBDIVISIONS HAS STATEWIDE JURISDICTION TO ARREST A PERSON UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES; AND TO REPEAL SECTION 17-13-40 RELATING TO A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER'S JURISDICTION WHEN IN PURSUIT OF AN OFFENDER.
