    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 9-1-1735 so as to provide that a member of the South Carolina Retirement System who is a public school teacher in this State may establish service credit for teaching in a private school in this State in the same manner that credit may be established for "out-of-state service" except that the payment due for this service must equal the actuarial cost and to define private school.
