    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-65-15 so as to provide that the State Department of Education shall develop a Parental Involvement Program for the elementary and secondary schools of this State, to provide for the content of this program, and to provide for the manner in which this program must be implemented in the several schools of this State.
