    A Bill to amend Section 61-3-1000, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to structural and other requirements for retail liquor stores, so as to provide that one additional door, not at the front of the store, is allowed solely for receipt of commercial deliveries and as an emergency exit, and to provide that this door must remain closed and secured at all times except when being used for the above purposes.-amended title
