    A Bill to amend Section 41-25-30, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the licensing of a person engaged in the private personnel placement service business, so as to delete a requirement that a licensee make public notification of closure of its business in a newspaper of greatest circulation in the county in which it is located if the Secretary of State denies the renewal of its license.
