    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 13-7-45, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO REGULATIONS AND SCHEDULE OF LICENSING, REGISTRATION, AND CERTIFICATION AND FEES FOR USERS OF IONIZING AND NONIONIZING RADIATION SOURCES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT NONIONIZING RADIATION REGISTRATION IS FOR COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS FOR THE TANNING OF HUMAN SKIN AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL MAY RETAIN UP TO THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS PROGRAM. - ratified title
