    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-17-115 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ALL PERSONS APPLYING FOR EMPLOYMENT IN ANY CAPACITY WITHIN ANY PUBLIC SCHOOL OR PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT SHALL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT FINGERPRINTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF A BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION AND A CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECK.
