    A Bill to amend Section 12-37-220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to property tax exemptions, so as to extend the exemption allowed nonprofit housing corporations exclusively providing below-cost housing for handicapped persons or both aged and handicapped persons to nonprofit corporations exclusively providing below-cost supportive housing for elderly persons or households authorized pursuant to appropriate federal laws and to delete obsolete language.
