    A Bill to amend Section 8-21-310, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to fees and costs collected in each county, so as to increase from twenty-five to thirty-five dollars a fee for expunging criminal records and provide that the fee does not apply to defendants who have successfully completed a pretrial intervention program or in cases where the underlying charge is dismissed, nol prossed, or where the defendant is found not guilty.-amended title
