H 4001 General Bill, By Wilkins, T.E. Huff and J.T. McElveen
    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-1350, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to penalties for violations of the Children's Code, so as to provide for the Section to apply to violations of the Chapter relating to "protection from domestic abuse" and "protective services for developmentally disabled and senile persons" and provide for the amount of the penalties for violations; and to repeal Sections 43-29-41, 43-29-42, and 43-29-100 relating to the penalties for abuse of developmentally disabled and senile persons.
