    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 39-25-20, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO TERMS AND THEIR DEFINITIONS REGARDING ADULTERATED OR MISBRANDED FOOD AND COSMETICS, SO AS TO PROVIDE A DEFINITION FOR THE TERM "HONEY", TO PROVIDE STANDARDS FOR THE PROCESSING AND PACKAGING OF HONEY FOR SALE, TO EXEMPT CERTAIN BEEKEEPERS FROM CERTAIN INSPECTIONS AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE PROCESSING EXTRACTION, AND PACKAGING OF HONEY, AND TO PROVIDE LABELING REQUIREMENTS FOR HONEY. - ratified title
