A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 14-3-455 so as to provide that the Supreme Court by rule shall establish within the Judicial Department a centralized data base where members of the general public may obtain information which is available to the public concerning grievances or disciplinary actions taken against any judge of a court of this State or nay attorney at law licensed to practice in this State.
