A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-2780 so as to make it a misdemeanor offense for the driver of a vehicle to use the parking lot of a gasoline service or filling station or of a restaurant or other eating establishment located at a highway, road, or street intersection to avoid compliance with a stop sign, yield sign, or the red light or flashing red light of a traffic control device located at such intersection, and to provide a penalty.
