    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-9-265 so as to exempt a nonresident sixty-five years of age or older from obtaining a South Carolina hunting and fishing license or permit if his state of residence extends similar privileges to South Carolina residents sixty-five years of age or older, and to provide an exception.
