    A Bill to amend Section 44-11-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to establishment, purpose, and admissions to South Carolina veterans homes, so as to provide that the South Carolina Mental Health Commission shall consult with the Division of Veterans Affairs, Office of the Governor, concerning the policies, management, and operation of veterans homes.
