    A Concurrent Resolution to memorialize the President of the United States, the Congress of the United States, and the National Park Service of the United States Department of Interior to plan and construct an extension of the Blue Ridge Parkway into South Carolina; to request the State of North Carolina to cooperate in such efforts; and to request the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation and the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism to plan the project and cooperate in its implementation.
