    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 23-35-185 so as to provide that no licensed retail dealer may sell, offer for sale, or otherwise possess a pistol or other handgun which has a metal alloy frame or receiver which melts at a temperature of less than eight hundred degrees fahrenheit and to further provide that law enforcement agents may register and use these weapons in the line of duty.-amended title
