    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 25-11-80, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO STATE VETERANS' CEMETERIES AND QUALIFICATIONS TO RECEIVE A PLOT IN A STATE VETERANS' CEMETERY, SO AS TO REDUCE FROM TWENTY YEARS TO FIVE YEARS THE TIME A VETERAN MUST HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT OF THIS STATE IN ORDER TO MEET ONE OF THE QUALIFICATIONS, AND TO FURTHER PROVIDE FOR OTHER QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE SECTION AS TO WHEN THE VETERAN WAS REQUIRED TO BE A RESIDENT OF THIS STATE. - ratified title
