    A Bill to revise the manner in which members of the Board of Trustees of School District 5 of Lexington and Richland Counties must be elected in nonpartisan elections beginning in 1994, to establish seven numbered election seats, to provide for the terms of these members elected, the method by which the results of the election are to be determined, and to extend and terminate terms of persons affected by these provisions.
