    A Bill to amend Section 51-13-720, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the appointment and terms of the members of the Patriot's Point Authority, so as to provide for the composition of the Authority and to terminate the terms of the members serving on the effective date of this Act and provide that the Governor shall appoint the members as provided for in Section 51-13-720, as amended by this Act.
