    A Bill to amend Section 40-15-270, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to reciprocal licensing for dentists and dental hygienists, so as to provide that the Board may grant reciprocal licenses to states who are members of regional testing services without the Board being a member of the testing service if the licensing requirements are otherwise equivalent to South Carolina.
