    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 16-3-1085 so as to make it unlawful for a person to use, solicit, induce, coerce, or employ a person under seventeen years of age to commit a felony, to also make it unlawful to conspire to do the above, and to provide penalties for violations.
