H 4999 General Bill, By Koon, M.D. Burriss, P.W. Derrick, J.R. Klapman, Quinn, Sharpe, C.L. Sturkie and D.A. Wright
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 4-9-33 so as to provide that the annexation of an area located in another county by a municipality after January 1, 1990, which was done without the consent of the governing body of that county, is null and void.
