    A Bill to amend Section 44-113-40, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the conditions under which a health care provider may refer a patient to an entity in which the health care provider is an investor, so as to provide that these provisions do not apply to health care providers who are personally involved in the provision, supervision, or direction of care to their patients.
